Built In Assessments

In developing our assessments we had one goal in mind – get you teaching as soon as possible.

To that end, our assessments help you identify skills deficits and the lesson plans to teach these skills. No need to struggle identifying which lessons allow you to teach the skills. ACE® takes the guess work out of the process so you can start teaching as soon as the assessment is complete.

The Core Skills Assessment targets a set of 52 skills necessary for higher-level learning and independent functioning for all individuals with autism, regardless of age or ability levels.  This direct assessment is designed to be used with children who cannot otherwise be easily assessed with standardized testing tools. The Core Skills Assessment can be run quickly, minimizing time spent assessing. All assessment materials are provided with your ACE® account.

When you are ready to address skills beyond the foundation skills, the ACE® Skills Assessment is the next step. ACE® Skills Assessment is an indirect evaluation of all the skills within the entire ACE curriculum scope and sequence.  This assessment with help identify teaching targets for each student based on their abilities and tracks performance over time.

Both assessments come with a number of reports designed to help in the clinical decision making process, and to support interaction with other team members such as administrators and parents.
